Common questions
How do renewals work?
Standard, Gold, and Platinum all renew every 30 days: your card is charged at the start of each period and your listing stays live without interruption. You can cancel auto-renewal anytime from your listing page, and your listing remains active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
What's the TV Spotlight add-on?
Your own banner on community TV displays: while your business is featured, your photo, headline, and message run full-width across the map. It's a $9.99-per-30-days add-on for Gold and included with Platinum, whose banner is 50% taller; Standard listings don't offer it. On TV, Standard listings show a compact logo card — the full photo card comes with Gold and Platinum.
What do Gold and Platinum actually change?
Placement and presence. Gold puts you ahead of standard listings with a gold-trimmed card, a gold star pin that never fades out, and a gold credit on the TV sponsor board. Platinum adds a permanent plaque at the top of the sponsor board with your logo, a signature pin with your name always visible, and a TV Spotlight banner 50% taller than Gold's, included.
What's the Jumu'ah Sponsor add-on?
It puts your business in the Friday rotation kept for Jumu'ah sponsors. During the community's Jumu'ah window, the TV displays rotate through that shorter loop instead of the full roster, and up to 20 sponsors share it. It's $59.99 per 30 days on any tier, and slots are limited per community.
What does it cost to start a community map?
Nothing. Creating a community map on UnityMap is free. Businesses pay for their listings.
What happens when my listing expires?
Your business comes off the map, but your account, business profile, and photo are all saved. Reactivating is just a new listing away.
